CV Resources is partnering with a local CPA firm in search for an Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the firm’s internal accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Review and supervise bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standards and client requirements.
- Manage and support the month‑end close process, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and timely financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across firm and client deliverables, including financial reports, work papers, and supporting documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to accounting staff, ensuring proper accounting treatment and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years’ experience working in a public accounting firm
- CPA highly desired
