About the RoleOwn the SOQ, RFQ and RFP production calendar, the résumé and project-sheet library, brand templates, the Linked In content calendar for the firm and our Affiliated Consultants, conference logistics and website updates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices and production for RFQ/RFP responses
- Produce Linked In content and graphics on the brand system
- Coordinate CASH, CASBO, ACSA and CCLC conference presence
- Update content
- 2–5 years in AEC or public-sector marketing/proposals
- InDesign, Google Workspace and a CMS
- Strong writing and editing
- Bachelor's degree preferred
$65,000–$95,000 base
