Flexologist (Certified Stretch Practitioner) Stretch Lab San Clemente
Location: San Clemente, CA
Compensation: $25 per 50-minute session + paid training & downtime

Located in the heart of a laid-back, health-conscious beach town, our studio helps surfers, hikers, and everyday movers unlock better mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. • Deliver Expert Stretch Sessions:
  Work one-on-one with clients using Stretch Lab's proprietary method to improve flexibility, posture, and performance.
• Educate and Empower:
  Share your knowledge of anatomy and mobility with clients to help them take control of their physical well-being.
• Create a Premium Client

  Build strong relationships, track progress, and make every session feel personal and results-driven.
• Promote Studio Growth:
  Support studio marketing, help convert first-time clients into members, and represent the Stretch Lab brand with pride.
• Continue to Grow:
  Benefit from ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen your skills and advance your career.

• A degree or certification in:
  Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or related field
• A current fitness certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• A license as a:
  Physical Therapist, PTA, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, or Athletic Trainer
• A credential in:
  Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy knowledge

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in fitness, therapy, or wellness
• Strong anatomy and movement background
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Enthusiastic, team-first attitude

• Compensation: $25 per 50-minute client session
