Electronics Technician
XLR8 EMS in California is seeking a skilled SMT Technician to set up, operate, and troubleshoot SMT equipment including screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens, SPI, and AOI systems. You will conduct changeovers, feeder setup, and program loading to support production.
You will verify component placement, interpret BOMs and drawings, ensure tooling readiness, monitor for defects, perform basic maintenance, and assist with first article inspections, all while adhering to ESD and safety
