The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our client's products and services. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and other senior management to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The Marketing Manager oversees the development and implementation of marketing campaigns as well as the organization’s customer service team.
This position also manages digital and traditional marketing channels and analyzes market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products, targeting relevant customer segments and industries.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with product development teams to gain a thorough understanding of product features, advantages, and market positioning, ensuring this expertise is effectively incorporated into marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website and product guide, ensuring it reflects current product offerings, engages visitors, and supports lead generation.
- Manage the company's social media presence, creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Organize and oversee participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events, managing all aspects including booth design, preparation of collateral materials, and coordination of staff.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales support materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, to enable effective customer engagement.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, search engine optimization, lead conversion rates, and campaign performance, and generate reports to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, and suggest ways to integrate new strategies and tools into the company's marketing activities.
- Drives engagement by providing employees with the tools and information to encourage autonomy, while giving constant feedback to manage execution.
- Build collaborative relationships that facilitate execution and create synergies.
- Develops strategies and provides direction to the team, clearly communicating the objectives to achieve departmental and individual results that align with the company goals.
- Hires and appoints competent and qualified individuals to ensure the department’s goals are met, while providing a challenging environment that encourages a growth mindset.
- Develops talent, identifying and communicating the employees’ strengths and weaknesses, encourages continued improvement and provides the resources to achieve desired results.
- Adapt quickly to changes, understanding the company’s vision and mission and leads the team to align to the new changes.
- Drives results by creating a culture of accountability and ownership and balances rewards and recognitions with coaching and corrective actions.
