We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be providing skilled care for individual patients  are a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in providing personalized care for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest.

• Coordinate with other colleagues and ensure the care plan is followed.
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.

  South / North Orange County.

• Currently licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.
