Love wellness and feel comfortable striking up a conversation with someone new? We’re looking for an outgoing, experienced team member who can connect with guests, sell memberships confidently, and keep things running smoothly when the studio gets busy.

You should be comfortable starting conversations, following up with potential members, and balancing guest service with day-to-day studio responsibilities. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required—we’ll provide training on Perspire’s services/studio practices, memberships, and approach to wellness.

• Previous customer-facing work experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, sales, or a similar setting.
• An outgoing personality. You enjoy initiating conversations, meeting new people, and making guests feel welcome.
• Confidence discussing memberships and asking for the sale. You’re comfortable following up and responding to questions.
• Strong multitasking skills. You can welcome arriving guests, manage calls and reservations, and keep sauna rooms ready while staying organized and attentive.
• Reliability and follow-through

• Welcome guests, start conversations, and build relationships with members.
• Lead studio tours and explain services and membership options.
• Sell memberships and work toward sales goals.
• Reach out to interested guests through our customer management system.
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments.
• Answer questions and help members feel comfortable and cared for.
• Clean and reset individual sauna rooms between sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and towel supply area.

Monday–Sunday shifts:

• 6:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• 12:00–4:00 p.m.
• 4:00–9:30 p.m.
• 5:30–9:30 p.m.

Weekend availability is required. Shifts are assigned based on studio needs and team availability.
