• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service satisfaction.
• Attend training classes.

• 1 Year HVAC Maintenance Technician Experience.
• Residential Experience.
• HVAC degree.
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes.
• Recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

• Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladders, do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• May be required to lift, carry or push up to 25 lb.

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75k-$100k + annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
