This is an in‑office role.

• Support various aspects of the accounting and reporting process, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, inventory, stock‑based compensation, internal and external reporting
• Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Identify areas of improvement to assist with accelerating close timing and enhancing controls
• Design new processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities
• Assist with the quarterly reviews and year‑end audit by external auditors
• Lead ad‑hoc projects as determined by management

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, CPA firm experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear and concise manner
• Execute judgments to keep projects moving and ensure the right decisions are reached to close the books each fiscal period
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities ven ability to work comfortably under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Operational accounting experience for two or more years
• Working knowledge of the COSO internal control framework and a solid understanding of the concepts of control design and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
• Experience working with a fast‑paced start‑up or complex company
• Experience with researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions
• This is an in‑office role

Pay range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
