Base pay range$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities- Work with Stores and Purchasing to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
- Process manual invoices
- Understand payment terms / other charges
- Understand coding (GL accounts)/sales tax, expenses, supplies, and trade/inventory
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Handle complex vendors
- Perform 3‑way invoice matching
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Reconcile Received Not Invoiced report
- Understand Fixed Assets
- Maintain efficient and organized files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Scan, copy and file documents
- Assist with training new AP Analysts
- Assist with other projects as needed
