Bookkeeper

Description

Our client in the technology sector is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and is eager to support a company at the forefront of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Process payroll and ensure compliance with company policies

+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

+ Generate financial reports and data summaries for management review

+ Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting questions and resolve discrepancies

+ Maintain organized financial records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Requirements

+ Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Bachelor's degree preferred

+ 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (technology industry experience is a plus)

+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

+ Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
