Staff Accountant supporting financial operations within a late-stage biopharma focused on psychiatric and neurological therapeutics, including psychedelics and related compounds.
Responsibilities- process vendor invoices via Coupa, maintain vendor records, research discrepancies, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and cash activities.
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- 1-3+ years accounting experience, preferably within the life sciences industry and in publicly traded companies
- familiarity with Coupa, Net Suite, SOX/internal controls
- strong communication and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office
- experience in GxP or clinical/biotech financial context is preferred but not mandatory.
