Hybrid Tax Manager or Sr. Tax Manager role - HNW, S-Corp, Partnership focus (2 days in office per week)
Location: Hybrid (must be able to be in office 2 times per week)
Salary: $140k-$190k+ on base and strong annual bonuses
Benefits: 401k Match up to 5%, Bonus, low billable hours, and 1/2 day Summer Fridays

Position Overview:As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
, you'll take on a leadership role within our tax group and work closely with clients to provide high-quality tax services while managing a team of tax professionals.

What we are looking for:- Active CPA
- 5+ yrs experience
- HNW, S-corp and Partnership focus
- Advisory experience/client facing experience
- Previous Tax Supervising/Management Experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team setting
- Strong Tenure within team (average tenure is 7+ years)
- Strong work/life balance focus
- Capped busy season hours (55)
