Position SummaryMGO is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead and manage complex client engagements in:
Financial Accounting & Reporting Advisory Financial Due Diligence Forensic Accounting Fraud Investigations Litigation Support This role combines technical accounting expertise, client relationship management, project leadership, and team development. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can deliver practical solutions to complex financial and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities Lead accounting advisory, due diligence, forensic accounting, and litigation support engagements.
Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines, and client communications.
Review analyses, work papers, reports, and client deliverables for quality and accuracy.
Advise clients on U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and complex transactions.
Present findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
Identify financial reporting risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
Support recruiting, training, and practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA, CFE, or CRFAC required.
5+ years of experience in forensic accounting, financial due diligence, litigation support, advisory services, or public accounting consulting.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Public accounting or consulting experience.
Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Yes Travel Requirement: 10%–30%
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $135,000 - $160,000
Bonus Opportunity:
Up to 10% of base salary
