Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in San Diego, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support to senior executives, manage calendars, organize business schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed expense reports, producing high-quality documentation, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves ensuring the seamless execution of administrative operations to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in a Marketing, Digital or Media Agency a Plus
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing complex schedules
  • Experience handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
  • Knowledge and expertise in Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools and technology (Google Business Apps, Microsoft, Trello, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience as an executive or administrative assistant preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
