We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Owner and Accounting & Payroll Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
This is a true "right-hand" role, blending administrative, HR, accounting, and creative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Support the Owner and Accounting & Payroll Manager with daily administrative needs
- Manage special projects from start to finish
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Run occasional local errands as needed
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain employee files and records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support HR documentation and internal communications
- Help track compliance-related paperwork
- Enter invoices and organize accounts payable documentation
- Confirm and track employee timesheets
- Assist with account reconciliation and filing
- Provide general support to accounting and payroll processes
- Assist with marketing content and internal communications
- Help manage and compile client surveys and feedback
- Support brand-aligned projects as needed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, basic accounting systems)
- Self-starter who anticipates needs and follows through
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in executive support, HR, accounting, or hospitality
- Experience with payroll or bookkeeping software
- Creative eye for marketing or content support
- Supportive, collaborative leadership
