* We offer competitive compensation that is commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, flat rate in the range of $39.39 - $52.52 USD hourly.

• Technician Development Advisor - In addition to your direct Managers, we providean industry first, Technician Development Advisor. In addition to providing anadditionallayer of support, their role was designed to help get you to your professional goals faster and with more transparency.

• Schedule- Technicians arescheduled8 hour shifts plus a1 hourlunch, with theoptionto workadditionalhours if preferred.

What will you do?

The Automotive Technician must be experienced in the following areas:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy,in accordance with dealership and factory standards

• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair

• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials

• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able toaccount for dealership tools at all times

• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair

• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience

• Technical Auto training or Land Rover certifications , ASEs are a plus

• Valid Drivers License , a cleanMVRor minimal violations

• Willingness to undergo our background requirements
