This position is based onsite in our San Diego, CA office.

The Senior Commercial Analyst will play a key role in leading the design, governance, and expansion of reporting ecosystems that serve as the single source of truth across all commercial functions—including Sales, Commercial Operations, Sales Training, Patient Access, Prior Authorization, Reimbursement, and Marketing.

• Serve as the central authority for Commercial reporting across the organization.
• Define, standardize, and maintain KPIs across Sales, Patient Access, Reimbursement, Marketing, and related functions.
• Architect and execute dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reports in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead the transformation from manual reporting to automated, scalable, self‑service analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce).

• Partner with Senior Leadership to deliver actionable insights that inform resource allocation, investment planning, and field execution.
• Conduct advanced analysis of claims, utilization, and access‑related data to guide reimbursement strategy and global commercial effectiveness.
• Deliver business case evaluations for organizational investments, territory alignments, and headcount optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or strategy—preferably in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or payer/provider sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional reporting or analytics teams or managing enterprise‑level analytics projects.
• Experience interpreting claims and CMS datasets (highly desirable).
• Expert in data visualization tools—Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce, ERPs, data lakes/warehouses (highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of commercial functions: sales planning, field performance, access & reimbursement, and patient journey analytics.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000/year; however, base pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
