Staff Growth Strategist
Intuit’s Consumer Group (CG), serving over 40+ million US consumers to file their annual tax returns, is looking for an experienced staff growth strategist for the Turbo Tax Growth Strategy, Core Tax team focused on managing initiatives to modularize our product lineup and add‑on offerings to drive more value for our Turbo Tax customers.
You will partner with marketing, product & tech, finance, data science to ideate and bring your growth strategies to life. Your skill set as a growth strategist will be fully employed to define the highest-priority opportunities, as you work closely with cross‑functional partners to execute deep dives, business requirements, success criteria and roadmaps, facilitating Director and VP decisions and driving action to ultimately grow the business.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic initiatives, including development of clear action plans, identification of success metrics and targets, and management of timelines, focused on modularizing the Turbo Tax product lineup.
- Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding and data analytics to unlock growth and monetization opportunities and influence product, marketing and data science roadmaps.
- Size new opportunities and articulate actionable recommendations that drive business impact; proactively identify roadblocks and suggest alternative solutions.
- Leverage the appropriate learning strategies, including qualitative and quantitative consumer research and A/B in‑market testing to roll‑out experiences and creative that deliver improved business outcomes.
- Develop clear business requirement documents that translate customer insights into impactful benefits and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Analytics, Finance, Marketing and Research teams to create and deliver seamless customer and partner experiences.
- Proactively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.
- Represent the voice of the customer at the table and provide leadership across product, marketing, sales and other partner teams.
- Facilitate joint problem‑solving with mid‑level and senior‑level business partners.
- Author and deliver high‑impact presentations and plans.
- Develop relationships with mid‑level and senior business leaders.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- 5+ years within a growth related role (product marketing, growth strategy, business strategy, product management).
- Strong business ownership: command the business and identify opportunities to pivot or accelerate to address revenue goals.
- Strategic and analytical: experience with qualitative and quantitative customer research and ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and distill clear recommendations for an executive audience.
- Self‑starter: track record of self‑motivation and willingness to proactively and independently take on leadership roles in projects, prioritize what matters and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Versatile problem solver: forward‑thinking leader who can problem solve with ambiguity, drive data‑based decisions and own outcomes.
- Collaborator & influencer: strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross‑functional, fast‑moving environment and ability to interact with colleagues of all levels on a peer‑like way.
- “Test & Learn” mindset: track record of innovation and ability to translate customer insights into marketing and product activities that achieve tangible results.
- Strong communication: written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.

- BA/BA required or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
Southern California base pay range: $164,000–$222,000.
