As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that may impact our operations and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and project management to ensure that risks are proactively identified and addressed.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and their impact on the company's operations and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies and plans.
• Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and trends.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure that risks are appropriately logged and tracked.
• Conduct regular risk reviews and provide updates to senior management.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that risks are identified and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential risks.
• Provide guidance and support to teams on risk management best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to risk management and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to risk management and compliance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities and findings for senior management and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to risk management.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Professional certifications in risk management (e.g. CRM, ARM) are preferred.
