We are looking for a Sales & Operations Development Program Associate to join our Rexel USA team starting in June of 2027! This role is available in San Diego, CA!

Summary: The Sales and Operations Development Program offers a 12-month Accelerated Commercial Experience (ACE) that provides associates with a fast-tracked opportunity, early in their career, to gain broad exposure within the Electrical Distribution industry. This rotational program provides hands-on exposure to the people, products, customers, and operations that power Rexel's business. Through meaningful assignments, cross-functional projects, structured training, and mentorship, ACE Trainees develop the commercial, operational, and leadership skills needed to make an impact from day one.
