The Opportunity:

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Navy’s Mission Systems. You’ll work with Assistant Program Managers to prepare acquisition documents while monitoring other aspects of cost, schedule, and performance. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office and Power BI tools, and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, or project analysts. This project will benefit from your experience as a program manager to deliver briefing material and other reporting with your eye for high quality and impactful content.

You Have: 3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoW clients3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoW Program Management Offices3+ years of experience managing a spend plan

Experience with Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR)

Experience with Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction DoD 5000.02

Ability to grasp technical concepts related to electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligenceTS/SCI clearance

Master’s degree

Nice If You Have:
Experience writing DoD Acquisition documentation

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project Management Professional, Agile, or SAFe Certification Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

TS/SCI clearance is required.
