LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing organization to identify a highly analytical Financial Operations Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, business intelligence, and operations while supporting leaders across a multi-site organization experiencing significant growth.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying trends, solving business problems, and transforming complex information into actionable insights. You'll partner closely with finance and operational leaders to improve visibility into key business metrics and help drive performance improvements across the organization.
What You'll Do- Analyze daily financial and operational performance across multiple business locations
- Monitor key metrics related to revenue, labor, productivity, customer activity, and operational efficiency
- Investigate performance variances and identify root causes of emerging business issues
- Partner with operational leaders to provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making
- Build scalable reporting solutions and help strengthen business intelligence capabilities
- Consolidate and interpret data from multiple systems and sources
- Assist leadership with forecasting, performance analysis, and operational planning initiatives
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support continued growth and profitability
- Drive process improvements that increase reporting accuracy and operational visibility
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, FP&A, business analytics, or a related role
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
- Naturally curious and analytical mindset
- Ability to identify patterns, trends, and performance drivers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to partner across departments
- Someone who enjoys building and improving processes rather than simply maintaining them
