• Own the Practice Tek Pay product strategy and roadmap:
  
  Define and prioritize embedded payment capabilities that improve provider cash flow, patient checkout, onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and operational efficiency across Practice Tek brands.

• Drive the full product lifecycle for payments initiatives:
  
  Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration in partnership with engineering, design, QA, payment operations, sales, onboarding, support, marketing, and customer success.

• Serve as the product expert for partners and workflows:
  
  Partner with internal teams and external vendors, including Adyen,Zentact, Salesforce, and other third-party providers to support cross-functional outcomes.

  Improves merchant onboarding completion, activation rates, payment feature adoption, and successful processing volume against agreed targets.

• Operational efficiency and issue reduction:
  
  Reduces payment-related escalations, onboarding friction, reconciliation gaps, underwriting delays, and repeat support issues through better product workflows, documentation, and integrations.

• Revenue and margin optimization:
  
  Identifies and executes opportunities to improvepaymentsrevenue, interchange performance, cost visibility, transaction routing, and partner performance.
