Business Analyst

As a business analyst on our team, you’ll ensure funding is efficiently executed, support budget development, and help inform the yearly spend plan process for our Navy clients. You will help manage millions of dollars that have been allocated to support programmatic requirements. From conducting financial analysis using Microsoft Excel to presenting financial reports in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, you'll help program managers and senior leadership to plan and field systems on time.

• 3+ years of experience with financial analysis or data analytics
• Experience visualizing data to identify or communicate key insights
• Experience querying or analyzing data to answer questions and solve problems
• Experience assisting with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) funding process
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition
• Knowledge of business analysis or business intelligence tools or approaches
• Knowledge of core competencies, including budget and spend plan development
• Ability to thrive in guiding government clients to meet future visions to support the warfighter
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with management and business development
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Technology or Analytics related field preferred;
  Master’s degree in an Analytics related field a plus
