A community service organization in San Diego is seeking a Child Watch Lead responsible for overseeing Child Watch operations and coordinating staff and children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants and children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead effectively. This part-time role requires attendance across multiple shifts and CPR and First Aid certifications must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
