Project Manager - Commercial​/Multifamily

Overview

Webuild () is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the development and reutilization of commercial and mixed-use building projects throughout the San Diego marketplace.

• Direct onsite construction activities from rough grading through project closeout.
• Manage one or more concurrent projects in San Diego, directing construction schedules, overseeing submittals, material procurement, personnel management, and enforcing quality control standards.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, manage budgets, process change orders and RFIs, coordinate vendor and subcontractor relationships, and oversee construction quality and compliance inspections to ensure successful project delivery.
• Project values typically range from $15 million to $50 million.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Demonstrated proficiency in construction management, scheduling, and project documentation, as well as strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
