Jr. Construction Field Assistant – Lennar

Join Lennar as a Jr. Construction Field Assistant and assist the Construction team with various duties and customer communications. This entry‑level, temporary role offers exposure to general construction processes with potential for promotion within the team.

• Assist the Construction Manager with all construction responsibilities, including supervision and scheduling of trade partners from trench to customer move‑in.
• Create and enhance the TDH experience for current and prospective customers.
• Daily monitor model cleanliness and system functionality, documenting and scheduling repairs for all interior and exterior maintenance concerns.
• Provide detailed customer communications of home progress—written and verbal, email communication, and video conference—throughout the building process from purchase agreement through COE.

• Minimum one (1) year of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Regular in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours is an essential function. Must work full‑time outdoors in various elements including heat, cold, and rain; operate a motor vehicle; read plans; climb stairs, ladders; walk on uneven surfaces; bend, stoop, reach, lift, move or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds; and possess finger dexterity for computer use.

Base hourly rate ranging from $16.00 to $28.00, subject to adjustments based on qualifications and location. May be eligible for bonuses and commissions. The position is eligible for company benefits as described in company policy.
