Our client is a well‑established residential construction company out of San Diego focusing primarily on multifamily and high‑end luxury custom homes.

- Update and distribute construction project schedules.
- Review and implement safety standards on site.
- Coordinate the subcontractor workflow in the field.
- Be responsible for planning and executing all work to comply with contract specifications.
- Fill out daily reports for review by the senior superintendent.
- Work with the subcontractors to execute pre‑task planning.
- Participate in subcontractor pre‑bid, pre‑con and/or kick‑off meetings.
- Hold weekly toolbox/tailgate safety meetings and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Conduct punch list walks with subcontractors and implement a project quality control plan.
- Supervise and coordinate the subcontractor’s work daily.
- Take immediate action to abate identified unsafe conditions and practices and document corrective actions.
- Work with the project manager to keep the project on schedule.
- Oversee subcontractor manpower and work with the self‑perform workforce.
- Maintain and complete as‑built documentation.
- Work with subcontractors to process RFIs through Procore.
- 7+ years of experience in multifamily and/or high‑end residential working for a general contractor or developer.
- Strong working knowledge of Procore, especially the daily reports and photos functions.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- OSHA 30‑hour certification a plus.
