Residential Remodeling Project Manager

Known for delivering luxury home transformations with precision, integrity, and white-glove service, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our award-winning team.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll take the lead on multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, a smooth client experience, and seamless coordination from start to final inspection.

Your Role Includes:

Managing 4-6 active residential remodeling projects simultaneously

Creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely trade partner execution

Conducting regular client check-ins (including weekly face-to-face meetings)

Using Builder Trend to communicate with clients and internal teams

Coordinating city inspections and ensuring code compliance

Proactively identifying and resolving jobsite challenges

Ensuring a clean, safe, and professional worksite at all times

Facilitating progress payments and maintaining jobsite budgets

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential remodeling and project management

Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Carpentry experience (rough and finish) and a solid understanding of all trades

Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong leadership, coordination, and client relationship skills

Tech-savvy:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools

Experience with Builder Trend (or similar construction management software) is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Must reside in the San Diego area

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Occasional on-call responsibilities
