Theidealcandidatenotonlyunderstandsconstructionandinsurancescopesbutalsosupportsthesalesprocessbybuildingtrustwithclientsandclearlycommunicatingthevalueofourservices.
- Conductsiteinspectionsandwalkthroughswithcustomersandteammembers
- Reviewjobdocumentation,photos,andreportstodevelopaccurateestimates
- Preparecompleteandorganizedscopesofworkusing Xactimate
- Collaboratewiththesalesandprojectmanagementteamstohelpwinreconstructionprojects
- Educateclientsonthereconstructionprocess,timelines,and expectations
- Helpclientsunderstandtheiroptionsforupgradesorchangesbeyondthebasescope
- Communicateclearlyandprofessionallywithinsuranceadjustersandthird-party administrators
- Analyzematerial,labor,permitting,andequipmentrequirementsforeachjob
- Deliverwell-documentedestimatestotheteaminatimelymanner
- Identifyandcommunicateprojectchallengesearlytominimizedelays
- Maintainstrongcustomerrelationshipstoensuresatisfactionandrepeat/referralbusiness
- Supportinternalhandoffsbyworkingcloselywiththeproductionteamafterthesaleismade
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Construction
Management,Business,orrelatedfieldpreferred - Minimum2yearsofexperienceusing Xactimatetoestimaterestorationorreconstructionwork
- Minimum2yearsofreconstructionorinsuranceadjustingexperience
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillswithacustomer-first mindset
- Provenabilitytosupportthesalesprocessthroughrelationship-buildingandprofessionalism
- Experienceinrestoration,insurance claims,orlarge-lossestimatingpreferred
- Familiarity with Docusketchandotherdocumentationtoolspreferred
- Highlyorganizedwithstrongattentiontodetailandtimemanagement
- Musthavevalid Driver’sLicensetotraveltojobsites
$80,000-$95,000pendingexperience
