A specialist heavy civil contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the San Diego area.
Responsibilities:- Supervise daily field operations, crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment and materials
- Enforce safety, quality and project requirements
- Track progress and resolve field issues with the project team
- Coordinate work across civil, underground, structural concrete and mechanical scopes
- Superintendent experience on heavy civil or water/wastewater projects
- Ability to read plans, specifications and schedules
- Strong field leadership, safety and coordination skills
- Treatment plant, pump station or pipeline experience preferred
