We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can help represent Join Brands online and at events, creating content that educates, inspires, and connects our community. This person will collaborate with the marketing team but also work independently to bring ideas from concept to execution. As a Content Creator & Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging content across platforms, showcasing our community at events, and building authentic relationships with creators and brands.

You’ll be comfortable in front of the camera, skilled behind it, and motivated to turn ideas into polished, impactful deliverables.

• Content Creation & Storytelling
• Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube.
• Create tutorials, educational content, and trend-driven videos on going viral, video editing, and creator success strategies.
• Repurpose event footage, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content into engaging social posts.
• Brand Representation & Community Engagement
• Represent Join Brands at industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings.
• Participate in live streams, panels, and discussions with creators and brand partners.
• Engage with our online audience, spark conversations, and help foster a vibrant community.
• Creative Execution
• Generate fresh ideas for content campaigns and execute them independently from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, launches, and platform updates.
• Balance creativity with strategy to ensure content drives engagement, brand awareness, and adoption.

• On-Camera Confidence – Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging audiences authentically.
• Video Editing & Production Skills – Strong experience editing with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or Cap Cut.
• Idea-to-Execution Mindset – Ability to brainstorm, plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality content independently.
• Trend Awareness – You know what’s viral, what’s next, and how to adapt trends for brand relevance.
• Networking Ability – You enjoy connecting with people in person and online, building lasting relationships.
• Travel Ready – Willingness to travel to events, conferences, and meetups to represent Join Brands.
• Proactive & Creative – You bring bold ideas, execute quickly, and thrive without hand-holding.

• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC creation, or brand partnerships.
• A personal following or proven track record of creating viral content.
• Event hosting, community building, or public speaking experience.
