Role Requirements for a Bilingual Mobile Solutions Specialist

• Drive in‑store mobile sales performance by promoting AT&T smartphones and service plans that meet residential customer needs.

• Support account setup and device activations by verifying eligibility, completing documentation, and ensuring accurate configuration of phones and services.

• Provide bilingual customer assistance by explaining plan benefits, device functionality, and upgrade opportunities in both English and Spanish.

• Troubleshoot device and service concerns by resolving connectivity issues, clarifying smartphone features, and coordinating with technical teams when required.

• Maintain accurate CRM records by documenting customer interactions, service milestones, and account preferences to support retention and compliance.
