Position Overview
Call Center Customer Service Rep, Retention Specialist
Location:
North San Diego
Pay Rate: $22/hr (or $23/hr if bilingual and fluent in Spanish). Performance incentives also offered.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility).
Duration:
Temp‑to‑hire; opportunity for growth within the team.
- Answer incoming calls from existing customers
- Handle escalated customer concerns
- Help customers use products and learn new features
- Offer incentives to encourage repeat business
- Respond to messages via email and chat
- Assist team members with customer issues
- Process payments, returns, and refunds as needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Phone‑based customer service experience
- Experience handling escalated issues or retention programs
- CRM and technical skills to navigate software and document interactions
- Desire to grow—promotion from within is common
- Mid‑Senior level
