- Underwrite multiple bonds a day.
- Quickly answer and solve any problems or questions pertaining to the bail process.
- Accurately type legal documents in a timely manner.
- Operate computer and phone systems efficiently.
- Obtain essential information to close bonds.
- Provide excellent customer service while also building rapport with clients.
- Work closely with management to provide updates.
- Prioritize multiple incoming phone calls at a time.
- Transmit information to the local office to post bonds and handle client paperwork.
- Thoroughly explain insurance paperwork to clients.
- Visit potential clients in custody as needed.
- Meet clients in person (as needed).
- Service courthouse postings (as needed).
- Negotiate bail bond premiums in accordance with company policies and training.
- Conduct post bail check-ins.
- Complete client files post check-in.
- Adhere to the underwriting authority as directed by management.
- Assist with requesting and picking up exonerations from the courts.
- Assist in marketing activities.
- Build strategic relationships in the community.
- Request client reviews.
- Collect payments.
- Send payment reminders in accordance with company policies and training.

- Bail License (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
