We are actively looking for someone to join our customer service salesteam – inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be fluid in both English and Spanish to provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

• As you’ll be interacting directly with customers over thephone, we are looking for someone with great communication skills.
• We want someone who’s committed to providing exceptional customer services; someone who takes pride in the level of caring provided to customers.
• Working from our San Diego office, you’ll have your own designated work station, whereyou should be comfortable using the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Wewant someone who will care about the details and be organized as you’ll beworking with a variety of tools and webpages while answering phone calls and providing customer service.
• As you’ll jump from one task to another, you should be ateasy multi-tasking while getting the job done
• As part of a team where we value collaboration, we want you to be seen as a team player who can also work independently when dealing with customer requests.
• As we're a 24 hours call center, we need this person to be available to work weekends and during statutory holidays, note that over time will be paid accordingly.
• You either have a high school diploma or GED.
