Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to CMF advanced research and design strategy for vehicle programs.
- Drive CMF design ideation, deliver design solutions, and lead design reviews.
- Define color schemes for interior and exterior color models (including exterior paint) and track quality throughout the development process.
- Create CMF storytelling content for product launch marketing materials and participate in product launch events.
- Explore emerging CMF design trends and identify cross-industry suppliers for potential collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in CMF design.
- Candidates who have led two or more full-vehicle mass-production programs are preferred.
- Resilient under pressure, passionate about CMF design with a sharp eye for trends, and strong in both communication and execution.
- Able to communicate in English; positive attitude with a collaborative, win-win mindset.
