• Provide thorough physical exams and evaluate diagnostic and lab results
• Diagnose and treat patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—in a low‑acuity urgent care setting (approx. 3‑4 patients/hour)
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records using EMR (Experity‑training provided)
• Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and a calm demeanor under pressure

• Active California Medical License
• CPR/BLS certification
• Previous urgent care experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to work occasional weekends
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude

• $110‑$135 per hour, based on experience
• May include productivity bonuses, quality‑based incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other cash compensation
