PLEASE NOTE: This position is limited to current CWSL students.
Under the supervision of the Student Affairs department, Student Scribes will take notes of assigned classes in accordance to the format guidelines. Students are responsible to scribe each class session for the assigned academic term, either live, or from recording.
Student Scribes will maintain anonymity while performing scribe duties as required under Federal law.
Primary Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Administrative Duties:
- Transcribe recordings, as needed, within 48 hours.
- Accurately type and submit, by email, class session notes.
- Ensure notes and transcriptions are neatly organized and follows the guidelines for formatting requirements.
- Include the proper identification of class material, such as the name of the course, name of the professor, the date, page numbers, etc.
- Maintain the confidentiality of student information
