Job Summary
The Department of Kinesiology is seeking candidates for adjunct teaching positions.
SalaryAdjunct pay ranges from $5,013 to $6,684 based on units.

Job DescriptionApplicants will teach courses in undergraduate programs (Applied Health Science, Exercise & Sport Science) and Master of Science in Kinesiology in areas such as biomechanics, fitness assessment, sport management, exercise physiology, strength training, corrective exercise and other courses.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate or graduate courses.
- Invest in students.
- Participate in institution activities as appropriate.
- Involve students in research or professional experience as appropriate.
- Ph.D., Ed.D. preferred; MA/MS accepted.
- Experience in professional organizations related to exercise science.
- Commitment to Christian liberal arts education and evangelical institution.
- Potential for outstanding teaching.
- Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement; agreement with PLNU Community Life Covenant.
- Successful completion of background check.
