Alpha is seeking a dedicated Student Success Coach to join a full-time, on-site role at a campus. You will coach K–3 students through app-based core learning, diagnose decoding gaps, and design brief sequences to close them, staying with each child from launch to closing.
You have at least 3 years of direct work with children 4–9, plus structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton‑Gillingham, or similar) or a master’s in reading; a bachelor’s degree is required.
