We are looking for a Literature Teacher for an International
High school based in Shanghai’s Jing An district. This is a full-time position
starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2026.
Job responsibilitiesTeach AP or A-Level English Literature to middle and high school students from grade 7 to grade 12
Work with colleagues in supporting the delivery of AP orA-Level of the subject in a bilingual learning environment
Prepare teaching plan, ensure class quality, record andfollow up learning process of students.
Conduct teaching/learning activities appropriate to theneeds of individual learners, course and the curriculum, keeping attendance records and maintaining student discipline
Provide assessment and feedback to learners, and maintainassessment records, including tracking and reporting of learner progress inline with school policy
Provide active support to individual learners
Bachelor degree (or above), major related to the subject
At least 2 years working experience in teaching AP orA-Level Relevant certificates preferred
Eligible for the work z-visa
- Monthly salary of 20,000 to 30,000 RMB per month depending on experience and qualifications
