Job Summary —
IN PERSON ONLY
Amazing Grace Christian School is seeking a qualified Elementary School Teacher in the San Diego / Rancho Bernardo area to work with students in 1st through 5th grade .
Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:45 AM and 3:00 PM , approximately 5 working/teaching hours per day .
Qualifications- Enjoy working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth.
- Strong commitment to elementary education.
- Previous experience teaching or working with 1st–5th grade students preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and educational technology.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Teach and support students in 1st–5th grade elementary classes .
- Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Support students academically and encourage active participation in learning.
- Supervise and monitor student behavior, progress, and classroom performance.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with school staff as needed to support student learning.
Pay: $35.00–$40.0 per teaching hour.
