** About the Role
** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
** Overhaul Technician
** to join our tight-knit team based at our Rowville workshop. In this varied role, you will contribute to the overhaul, assembly, and maintenance of high-performance gas turbines and compressors.

This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical background and a strong commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.
** Key Accountabilities
*** Work with precision tools and measuring equipment to ensure components meet fine tolerances.
* Follow detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
* Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and contribute to a safe working environment.
* Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet production and quality goals.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance productivity and product quality.
** Required Skills &

Qualifications:

*** Technical qualifications such as Diploma of Engineering or technical trade background (automotive, aviation).
* Demonstrated ability to work with fine tolerances and precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial gauges).
* Understanding and adherence to workplace health and safety practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
* Good work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
