• Responsible for bridging product development, systems integration, and manufacturing process optimization, ensuring smooth design transfer from R&D to production while maintaining compliance and efficiency across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications – What Makes You Successful
• Proven ability to thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication capabilities via written reports, presentations, and regular updates to management.
• Ability to identify and assess risks associated with new products, processes, equipment, materials, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Technical Project Management skills, including leading projects from concept to design and implementation within an engineering perspective.

• Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of experiments; experience with JMP or Minitab is desired.
• Experience with Change Management and Document Control Systems, Asset Management Systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is required.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5–8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2–5 years equivalent industry experience, or a PhD and 0–2 years experience.
