Summary
Develops and applies mathematical models, statistical techniques, and analytical tools to support planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational decision-making. Conducts data analysis, builds decision-support products, and identifies optimal solutions for FRCSW business and engineering challenges.
Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data.
- Develop models for resource optimization and workload forecasting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership.
- Collaborate with technical and program management teams to support strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations research or data analytics.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or statistical tools (R, Python, MATLAB).
- Knowledge of Navy or DoD operations is preferred.
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
