Current Openings Construction AdministratorWe have an immediate opening for an experienced Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in Construction Management for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience, though not limited to:
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and or Civil Engineering.
- Oversee projects from the initial design phase through to the completion of construction.
- Coordinate and collaborate with in-house designers.
- Serve as a liaison between owners, architects and other consulting engineers, including electrical, mechanical, civil, landscape and structural engineers, as well as contractors.
- Conduct site investigations prior to the design phase to confirm existing conditions.
- Attend project construction sites during the construction phase and provide weekly field observation reports.
- Work directly with project inspectors and agencies to ensure safety compliance and adherence to project codes.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Auto CAD and Revit / BIM
- Heating and cooling load calculation
- Title-24 analysis and documentation

Note:
designers do not have to have college degree and not necessarily be experts in all requirements noted above, we will provide training, but must be expert in Auto CAD and Revit / BIM
