Role Overview As a Qualcomm Security Engineering Intern, you’ll collaborate with world-class engineers to enhance the security of systems and products powering billions of mobile, IoT, and connectivity devices. You’ll gain hands-on experience protecting real-world devices and systems from attacks. Qualcomm values collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders to secure complex infrastructure and applications.

This internship supports three technical tracks :

Product Security Engineering Secure Systems Engineering Cybersecurity Engineering Based on your resume you may be aligned to one or more of these tracks. Please clearly indicate your interest(s) in your resume , as this is the only way to communicate preferences during the recruiting process.

Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. program in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), Security, Information Systems, or a related field

Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September)
Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later
