We’re seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product innovation for Baja consumable lines.
Responsibilities- Lead manufacturing engineering activities from concept through commercialization
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Support NPI, process development, and product launches
- Drive process improvements for quality, yield, throughput, and cost
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Support equipment/process qualification and manufacturing readiness
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Senior-level Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Strong NPI / New Product Introduction background
- Product/process development and commercialization
- Process validation and qualification
- Continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing
- Root cause analysis and problem solving
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills
